We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All items purchased online from NSMusical.com are returnable, unless otherwise stated. If the product is defective or the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other reasons, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Return Process:

• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging (including the invoice) intact for a full refund.

• No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.

Please note, our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear caused by the customer. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
